SEEAT STEM 2025

On Friday 12th March, The Deanes hosted the inaugural SEEAT STEM event to mark the end of British Science Week. Pupils shared projects with each other and their parents in a Science Fair. Visitors from  Salvation Army's Hadleigh Farm, Colchester Zoo, USP, Aerospace and Animal Aid also joined us to share what they do with those in attendance   

It was an exciting afternoon with the rooms filled with the buzz of talk about STEM. The projects were fascinating and thoughtful, and included hydraulic hands, a marble run and explosions!  

Thanks to our teachers for supporting this event, it was a great opportunity our pupils.
