GCSE Results Day 2024 at The Deanes

Students The Deanes have achieved results to be proud of.

The percentage of students achieving a grade 9-4 in English and Maths has increased, as has the number of top grades of 9-7 secured across a range of subjects. 

In English Language, Triple Science, Food and Nutrition and Art and Design, students have exceeded national performance at grades 9-4. 

Isaac Bier achieved five Grade 9s, two Grade 8s and two Grade 7s and will go on to study A-Levels at Westcliff High School for Girls. Niall Devine achieved five Grade 8s, two Grade 7s and one Grade 6 and will go on to study coding. 

Kelly Corp, Head of School, said: "We are incredibly proud of our students’ achievements this year. They have worked hard and shown immense determination, particularly in light of the individual challenges they have faced. These results reflect not only their academic potential but also their character and commitment."

"I would also like to thank our dedicated staff, who have gone above and beyond to support our students, and our parents and carers, whose encouragement and involvement have been invaluable."
