City Councillors visit Heycroft Primary School

On Monday 10th March, City Councillors from the Eastwood Park Ward Paul Collins, Robert McMullan and Dave Poulton visited Heycroft Primary School to see the improvements made since their last visit around 18 months ago.

The had a tour of the school where they were greeted by class teachers and pupils, followed by a productive meeting with Glenn Moore, Executive Headteacher and Andy Abel, Head of School.

Councillor Paul Collins said of his visit "my last visit was 18 months ago, and I was very impressed not only with the new set up, but also, the teaching and children we met with. We wish them every success for the future"
