Celebrating Our Christmas Tech Giveaway Success!
We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Christmas Tech Giveaway Events, held in collaboration with Everyone Digital CIC and the local charity Every Child Online. The first event took place on Friday, December 13rd, Cornelius Vermuyden School and was a huge success in supporting local Canvey families. We were very pleased that our local MP, Rebecca Harris, supported our event. The second of these events took place at The Deanes on Thursday, December 19th.
During the events, 60 refurbished desktop kits were made available to families for a small £20 contribution to support future initiatives. Each kit—valued at over £199—consisted of:
- Desktop PC
- Monitor and stand
- Keyboard and mouse
- Power and data cables
Why This Matters
In today's digital age, having access to a computer is vital for:
✅ Education: Online learning, homework help, and educational tools
✅ Employment: Job searches, online applications, and remote work opportunities
✅ Health: Access to telehealth services and medical information
✅ Connectivity: Keeping in touch with family and friends

Thanks to this initiative, hundreds of families are now equipped with essential tools to bridge the digital divide, empowering children to thrive in education and families to stay connected in our modern world.
