These SEEAT Education Core 4 are at the heart of our work. Through the SEEAT Education Offer and SEEAT School and Trust Improvement Model we strive to increase our MAT dividend.
SEEAT Education Offer
This is the day-to-day offer all our schools have access to. It is constant and consistent - our ‘set in stone’ offer.
SEEAT School and Trust Improvement Model
The SEEAT School and Trust Improvement Model ensures that we respond to emerging needs of our schools and the Trust in timely, efficient and effective way.
The SEEAT Education Offer and SEEAT School and Trust Improvement Model work in conjunction to provide our schools with a range of support.
Our family of schools have access to the following:
- A SEEAT Partnership Review (once a year) led by two highly experienced External Advisors who regularly lead inspections for Ofsted
- The SEEAT Directory of Excellence, a tool designed to capture and direct excellence across our school, and the support of our Practitioners of Excellence
- The annual SEEAT Conference each February
- Support from our Pastoral and Inclusion Manager with extensive expertise in safeguarding, behaviour, attendance, SEND and EAL
- Regular visits from our Director of Education, Director of School Improvement and Education Officers to support the SEEAT School Improvement Cycle
- 1:1/Group Coaching
School, subject and pastoral leaders across our family of schools have access to:
- The opportunity for subject leaders to connect and share best practice at our SEEAT Community Events and SEEAT Networks
- Two subject community meetings per year
- A subject conference
- The year long SEEAT Subject Leadership Development Programme including 1-2-1 support
- The SEEAT Head of Year Development Programme
